Oil companies might be made to sell 95% of petrol and 52.5% of diesel fuel in the domestic market
The Ministry of Energy of Russia has suggested making oil companies of the country sell 95% of petrol and 52.5% of diesel fuel in the domestic market in 2016.
The idea is supposed to be approved by everybody: the agencies, oil companies.
The Ministry of Energy, Rostekhnadzor, FAS and Rosstandart are to work out thoroughly with oil companies the issue of introducing the amendments to the 4-party agreements which were signed on the results of the meeting on the modernization of oil processing capacities on October 6th 2015 in Kstovo.
The changes in the plan of obligatory sale of petrol and diesel fuel to the domestic market are to be discussed with oil companies.
In the framework of the agreement it is planned to fix the obligations of oil companies on the supply of petrol and diesel fuel meeting the technical regulations to the market.
