The Eurasia Copper Operating Company has launched the plant for the production of 99.9% pure copper in Pavlodar. It was launched within the industrialization map of the state program for forced industrial and innovation development of Kazakhstan. They raised investment of 2.1 billion tenges for the realization of the project.

The annual projected capacity of the plant is 3,000 tons of cathode copper. The products are made in a form of 5-mm plates with size form of 1 m per 1 m that will be sold at the internal market. One ton of copper costs approximately $7000 -$7250.
