Zakharchenko: if Kiev delays the payment- coal supply to be terminated

The head of the Donetsk republic, A. Zakharchenko, said that in case of delay with payment for coal, coal shipment to the Ukrainian consumers would be terminated.

Previously it was reported that on December 10th the Donetsk republic started to ship 15 thousand tons of coal annually to the Ukraine. The supply was terminated after the introduction of the energy blackout of the Crimea. When one of the power transmission lines to the Crimea was recovered, Russia and the Donetsk republic decided to restart coal supply to the Ukrainian thermal power plants.

Mr. Zakharchenko said that Kiev faces serious problems with finances so the payment for coal is always delayed. He said that Donetsk will ship coal only in case of payment.
