Russian Finance Ministry: Oil export duty to increase by $1.3 to $78.5 per ton from February 1

From February 1, 2020, export duty on oil in Russia will be $78.5 per ton, as it follows from the materials on the website of the Russian Ministry of Finance. Currently, it is $77.2 per ton.
