Golomolzin: Russian oil companies have executed obligations on modernization of oil refineries

​The Russian oil companies have executed their obligations on the modernization of oil refineries in the framework of the –party agreement, deputy head of FAS, A. Golomolzin, said at the Government Committee meeting for the Fuel and Energy sector.

In total the volume has been executed, with a slight deviation, he said.

According to him, it is planned to make changes into the 4-party agreement, in particular, the periods of execution of obligations by years will be specified.

From 2015 there are no details by years. We need detailed information so as to monitor by years, Mr. Golomolzin said.

He said the issue of the economic impetus, including taxation, was discussed, but there is no decision as yet.

These issues will be additionally discussed.
