SCM eager to buy concentration plant in Donetsk region

The commission for competition protection of Serbia has allowed to the Cypriot System Capital Management SCM to buy 99.98% in Kolosnikovskaya central concentration plant in the Donetsk region. The letter of intents to sell and buy Kolosnikovskaya was signed by the former owners and SCM on August 19 2013. Currently, the owners are ARC PJSC, Investenergougol LLC (by 24.49% each) and Omni International Ventures Ltd (51%).The purchase of the asset will be performed via SCM Consulting Ltd.
