Russia may ban to import Ukrainian coal because of too high sulfur content

On September 20, the Governmental FEC Commission will consider an issue on reasonability to import coal with high sulfur content (over 1%) to Russia because of negative ecological consequences for population at territories that are near the generating capacities, the Vedomosti writes on Thursday, referring to a representative of the Ministry of Energy.
