Coal terminal to be built in Svobodny port of Vladivostok

Development Corporation of the Far East and New coal terminal have signed an agreement on implementation of activities in the territory of the Svobodny port of Vladivostok, according to which the company will invest 60 billion rubles in the project of terminal, the corporation reports.

"During the next five years the company plans to invest about 60 billion rubles in the project and to create more than 450 jobs in the Primorsky Territory. The terminal is created in the Nakhodka city district and Partizansk district of the Primorsky Territory. The project envisages the creation of a specialized coal transshipment complex. Coal will be supplied to the port by rail for shipment by sea for export to countries of the Asia-Pacific region. The construction is planned in two stages, "- Development Corporation of the Far East says.
