Minister of Energy states about price firming when Russia switches to Euro-5 compliant petrol

The switch fully to Euro-5 compliant petrol in 2016 will not influence the prices of petrol, the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, A.Novak stated.
“The rise in petrol prices has nothing to do with the switch to high-class petrol consumption,” Novak asserted in an interview to the “Russian gazeta” on Monday.
