The second stage of the Yaya refinery will be built in Kuzbass. The agreement on continuation of the construction of the plant was reached at the working meeting of the Governor Aman Tuleyev with chairman of the Neftekhimservis’ Board of Directors Yuri Kushnerov.
The project on the construction of the Yaya oil refinery is implemented since 2008. The company operates for three years, produces 500 thousand tons of gasoline, 1 million tons of diesel fuel for export and 1 million tons of fuel oil per year.
