Tax manoeuvre in oil industry to be coordinated with budget in 10 days

The tax manoeuvre in the oil industry will be coordinated with budget during the next 10 days, the press secretary of the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, A.Samigullina reported.

According to her, Dvorkovich held a corresponding meeting, at which the basic parameters of the manoeuvre were agreed. It’s planned to adopt legislative changes at the autumn session.

Earlier, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation proposed to revise the tax manoeuvre in the oil industry; the Ministry offers to increase the tax rate on mining (MET) a bit more for 2015.

In 2015, the Ministry wants to increase the oil MET rate by 10 rubles to 775 rubles per ton, concurrently reducing the correction coefficient in the gas condensate MET formula (in 2015 from 5.4 to 4.4, in 2016 - from 6.7 to 5.5, and in 2017 - from 7.7 to 6.5).
