The European Commission has found a new “threaten to energy safety of the European Union" purportedly originated in Russia. According to fragment of draft proposals of the European Commission for the June EU summit on the need to reduce energy dependence on Russia, appeared in European mass media, the EC, in particular, is concerned by the acquisition of refineries in Europe by Russian business.
