Russia increased duty for oil chemicals products export

​From July 1st the export duty for oil will increase by $15.3 to $95.9/ton, the Ministry of Finance reports. The average Ural price on May 15th-June 14th made up $46.76/barrel or $341.4/ton.

The preferential duty for oil of the Eastern Siberia, Caspian deposits and Prirazlomny deposit was zeroed from Feb 1st 2015 due to the tax maneuver. These rates will stay zero if the average oil price is lower than $76. The duty for LPG is also zeroed. The export duty for super viscous oil from July 1st will grow by 20.83% to $11.6.

The duty for directly distilled petrol will increase to $68 from $5.2/ton, for saleable gasoline to $58.4 from $49.1/ton. The duty for other light oil products as well as grease oils will rise to $38.3 from $32.2/ton, for dark oil products without oils and coke- to $78.6 from $66/ton. The duty for coke will increase to $6.2 from $5.2/ton.
