Oil refining in Russia to lose 30% of its income.

In 2017 oil refining in Russia would lose 30% of their income due to the tax maneuver, the director of IHS Energy in Russia and the Caspian basin Maxim Nechaev announced at a conference in the US IHS CERAWeek in Houston.

It is worth noting that the Russian government has warned oil companies with the same. It has repeatedly stated that as a result of the tax maneuver receive less profit in refinery sector. In response, the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Aleksey Teksler stated that the introduction of flexibility had allowed keeping more active in petrol prices.
