For six years oil production in Russia has been growing, but its growth rate is reduced due to the phasing out of the country on a "plateau" of oil production. The fall of Russian oil exports is accompanied by an increase in production and export of oil products. Russia has also significantly reduced its share in the world gas reserves. This is due to the discovery of large natural gas fields in Iran, Qatar and Turkmenistan. The analytical center of the Russian Government provides such data.
