Pavlodar oil chemical plant will refine over 5 million tons of oil before the end of 2014

The Pavlodar petrochemical plant will refine 5.05 million tons of oil before the end of 2014 compared to the former plan of 4.9 million tons, because of the additional oil supplies.

The initial plan for 2014 was less than the annual refining plan for 2013. The major debating point was raw material supplies under the give-and-take scheme by the enterprises located far from the region, the director of the department for industrial and innovation development of the Pavlodar region N. Dychko says.

They included the point to the plan of the measures of the government and worked it over. Taking into account the Russian give-and-take oil supplies executed now, they are sure that Pavlodar peto-chemical plant will refine 5.05 million tons of oil before the end of 2014.
