Launch of primary processing at Achinsk refinery is scheduled for autumn of 2014

Rosneft plans to relaunch the initial processing at the Achinsk refinery and to start to produce the main types of oil products in autumn of 2014. Despite the emergency stop of the refinery, the provision of Eastern Siberia and the Far East with oil products has be carried out in full.

As the oil company reports, in the second quarter of 2014, Russian and the foreign refineries of the company processed 23.62 million tons of oil. The increase of the share of Euro-4/5 to 4.3 million tons in the total production of motor fuels provided a positive economic effect in the amount of about 1.3 billion rubles.
