Rosneft has purchased a network of “Petrol Market” fuel stations in Armenia for $40 mln.
In August 2015 the company completed the deal on the purchase of 100% in “Petrol Market” Ltd which holds a network of fuel stations and an oil base located in Armenia, is reported.
The amount of the deal is $40 mln (2.7 bln roubles by the official rate of the Central Bank on the date of purchase).
