Raspadskaya decides not to pay dividends

The Board of Directors of Raspadskaya coal company decided not to pay  dividends for 2013. They also decided to allocate a part of undistributed profit at a rate of 101.12 million rubles to paying off of the losses for 2013. The dividends were neither paid in 2011 or 2012. The shareholders got the interim dividends for the latest time for H1 2011, at a rate of 5 rubles per stock, 3.9 billion rubles in the total. In 2013, the company increased coal production by 12% to 7.8 million tons.

Last year Raspadskaya increased bet loss by ISA by 4.3 times to $126.15 million, but the analysts’ forecasts were even more pessimistic, they expected a loss of $143.2 million. Revenue increased by 0.4% to $545.42 million, and the analysts awaited revenue of $544.8 million. EBIDTA reduced by 4.9 times to $28.07 million, and the analysts awaited $39 million.
