Raspadskaya not to pay dividends for 2014

At the annual meeting on May 21, shareholders of Raspadskaya decided to not to pay dividends for 2014, th company reports.
A part of retained earnings in the amount of 1.374 billion rubles was directed to repay losses in 2014. Let’s recall that in 2013 the dividends were not paid too.
