The project to build the Yamal - Volga region oil product pipeline may be implemented on investors' money, the state is ready to provide assistance. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Kirill Molodtsov today.
"On account of the money of investors, the state is ready to help," - he said, answering a question about the conditions of the project.
