Russia. Petrol prices are up 2% and breaks a record

Gasoline prices in Russia broke a record throughout the entire trading history on the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange, where the cost of AI-92 (92 RON) increased to 42.3 thousand roubles per a ton, (+ 0.36% more than the previous figure), “Kommersant” writes and adds that retail prices rose by 12-20 kopecks at the fuel filling stations of the largest manufacturers.
