Uzbekistan reduces oil products yield

The Uzbekistan plants reduce oil products yield by 200,000 tons to 1.1 million tons in H1 2014 versus H1 2013. Products yield reduced due to fall in oil refining by 250,000 tons to 1.4 million tons because of rapid fall in oil imports from Kazakhstan and in own oil production.

The Uzbek Government officially announced about growth in diesel fuel price to $0.86 per liter since July 1. However most of petrol stations do not sell diesel fuel due to its deficiency. The ‘black’ market price for the fuel increased to $1.50 per liter.
