SOCAR is about to expand its chain of filling stations in Romania

SOCAR maps out to expand its filling station chain in Romania. The Head of the Romanian subdivision of SOCAR, G.Kerimov said.

According to him, the presence of Romania among the first 10 countries from the point of global energy security, the anticipation of investments growth in the near future and positive economic results have contributed to an expansion of the activity of SOCAR in the local market.

There are 29 filling stations of SOCAR in 11 regions of Romania, he said.

SOCAR entered the Romanian market in 2011 by means of acquisition of 90% shares in Romtranspetrol.
