Situation on Ukrainian market is very wavering

In late October, prices showed mixed trends due to different resource situation by fuel grades. According to Consulting Group A-95, from October the 20th to 27th, the average wholesale price changed as follows:

     A-92 - 19 870 hryvnias per ton (170 hryvnias per ton);
     A-95 - 19 850 hryvnias per ton (120 hryvnias per ton);
     DT - 17 520 hryvnias per ton (-420 hryvnias per ton).

All interviewed traders note the acute problem with the purchase of currency. "Everyone understands that after the election the rate will rise, banks begin to be insured, it’s becomes more difficult to buy dollars," – a Kharkov trader says.

Belarusian suppliers reported, that at the beginning of last week, a number of companies were able to buy the currency at 13.80 hryvnias / $ 1. "By the end of the week, the real exchange rate reached 14.50 hryvnias / $ 1. From the beginning of the new week, practically nobody could to buy the currency,"- said the source.
