The Governor of the Kemerovo region A. Tuleyev demands to cancel the tender for development of a site located in earthquake endangered zone

The Governor of the Kemerovo region A. Tuleyev has appealed officially to the Director of the Russian Subsoil Use Management Agency demanding to cancel the tender for the geological exploration and production at the Zarechny site where the Leninskoye coal deposit is located. The point is that an earthquake that happened there on June 19th 2013 which was the largest for the last 100 years. Aftershocks are observed even today. The tender is planned for September 20.
