Russian oil refineries reduced residual fuel oil production by 29.9% in January-April 2016, deputy Minister of Energy of Russia K.Molodtsov said.
“To date, residual oil production went down by 29.9%,” he said and added that this year would not cause problems, as for the demand for the product.”
